BILLING
Refund Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies when Anglevo offers paid subscriptions, credit packs, or one-time purchases. It does not change any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Until paid checkout is live, the Pricing page only offers a waitlist and no payment is collected.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original payment. We will review eligible requests for accidental or duplicate charges, unrequested renewals, unused credits, or a material platform failure that prevented the purchased service from being used.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access remains available through the end of the current billing period. We do not normally prorate or refund the unused portion of a current subscription period after cancellation, except where required by law or where a refund is approved under this policy.
4. Credits and one-time purchases
Unused credits or one-time purchases may be eligible within the 14-day window when they have not been consumed. Once credits have been used to process source analysis or generation, the associated non-recoverable processing cost generally makes that portion non-refundable, unless the result was unavailable because of an Anglevo platform fault.
5. When refunds are not available
Refunds may be denied for requests made outside the refund window; substantially used services; abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy; or dissatisfaction caused by content you chose to publish without reviewing. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
6. How to request a refund
Email anglevo@outlook.com with your account email, order number, and a short reason for the request. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
7. Payment providers
Payments and refunds may be handled by a payment platform or Merchant of Record. That provider may require additional verification and its processing terms can apply. We will identify the applicable provider during checkout.
